Why is AGRT extra-flexible silicone wire "extra-flexible"? How does it differ from regular silicone wire?
2026/09/18 8

AGRT extra-flexible silicone wire uses 0.08mm ultra-fine tinned copper strands, with single-strand diameters only a fraction of those in regular silicone wire. It offers a smaller bending radius and longer bending fatigue life, and combined with silicone rubber insulation achieves a -60℃ to +200℃ temperature rating with excellent shielding performance, suitable for robotic joints, precision medical equipment, new energy high-voltage assemblies, and other tight-space and frequent-motion applications.

"Extra-flexible" comes from the conductor structure: AGRT uses 0.08mm ultra-fine tinned copper strands finely stranded. The finer the conductor and the more strands, the softer the cable and the stronger its bending fatigue resistance.
